Easter Schedule

23/3/16

I’m really looking forward to Easter. Not so much because it’s the high-quality, three-day Fairyhouse Meeting to get stuck into or copious amounts of chocolate to devour or even watching Germany teaching England a footballing lesson but, finally, it means that after Good Friday my inbox will be no longer be clogged up by All-Weather Championships updates! It’s been relentless over the winter. Relentless I tell you.

I’ll be writing the Saturday racing preview whilst all that is going at Lingfield focussing on Haydock and the Dubai World Cup Meeting. This weekend’s race previews will be uploaded over the course of three days so that I can properly cover the first two days of Fairyhouse which takes place on Sunday and Monday. I posted my initial thoughts on the Irish Grand National in Big Race Focus earlier today. Next Wednesday's Big Race Focus will be on the Grand National and Lincoln.

I’ll be watching plenty of cricket and golf over Easter whilst preparing for Aintree and finishing off the Cheltenham Festival Review/Rest Of Season Preview. I was hoping to upload it by Friday but it’s now looking like it will be over the weekend as I have been held up by the full race videos on the RacingUK website not always working. Andy Richmond's post-Cheltenham Trading Talk article will also be uploaded over the weekend.

In case you missed it, I covered the WGC World Match Play yesterday (and will give updates on Saturday and Sunday) and Mike Henderson’s next weekly Premier League Darts preview will be available tomorrow morning after showing another profitable week last Thursday. The T20 World Cup Cricket has a day off tomorrow and then Paul Smith is back to cover all the other games and has his nose in front with his selections thus far. It’s all go.

Enjoy what should be a fabulous sporting Easter Weekend.
